Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, unless it's peak season, in which case give us a little grace — we're moving as fast as your legs on a climb.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and shipping method, so plan accordingly if you're trying to debut it on trail day.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, so you can obsessively refresh it more than your Strava feed.
